Machine configuration:

1. The precision and stability rectifier for electroforming : power is 50A/12V

2. Automatic dosing pump: Automatically add medicine through PLC program control. realize automatic and accurate addition of medicine liquid.

3. The PLC control system:

1) The electroforming ampere time value is set through the PLC control system to control the automatic dosing time and the amount of medicine liquid added.

2) Control the circulation and filtration speed of electroforming liquid through PLC control

3) Control the electroforming time through PLC control, When the set time is up, the machine will automatically stop working.

4) Control the electroforming current through PLC control.

5) Control the swing forward and reverse time and swing forward and reverse speed through the PLC system.

4. Electronic constant temperature control device: equipped with electric heating pipe and temperature control box, temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.

5. Electronic time control device: the electroforming time can be preset, reaching the preset time alarm.

6. The electroforming liquid circulation pump: equipped with corrosion-resistant circulation pump to circulating the electroforming liquid.

7. The electroforming liquid filter pump: equipped with corrosion-resistant filter pump to filter the electroforming liquid.

8. Anode and cathode conductive device: high stability of platinum titanium net as the anode to ensure quality of the electroforming jewelry.

9. Water level automatic control and alarm device: the minimum liquid level of electroforming tank can be preset, when the water level is too low ,it will alarm and automatically stop working,
