Gold Resin adsorption recovery machine is an efficient and environmentally friendly precious metal recovery technology, especially in the treatment of low-grade gold solutions (such as cyanide leaching solution, electronic waste leaching solution, electroplating wastewater, etc.). Its core is to use the selective adsorption ability of functionalized resins on gold ions (or gold-cyanide complexes).

Working principle: Gold absorbing resin mainly absorbs gold ions by ion exchange. In gold-containing solutions, gold usually exists in the form of complexes, such as gold cyanide complexes. The alkaline groups on the resin exchange with the anions in the gold cyanide complex, adsorbing the gold ions onto the resin, thereby achieving gold separation and recovery.

 

Gold-absorbing resins usually use polymers such as styrene-divinylbenzene as the skeleton to form a three-dimensional network structure with high mechanical strength and chemical stability, and can maintain structural integrity in complex solution environments. Specific strong or weak alkaline groups are connected to the skeleton, which can interact with gold ions to achieve gold adsorption. With a specific pore structure, these channels provide space for the entry and adsorption of gold ions, allowing them to effectively contact the active groups inside the resin.
